How do I buy your preserves online?

Head over to Our Products and add products to your shopping cart. From there, complete the necessary payment requirements. Franklin Road Preserves accepts: PayPal, Credit Card or Direct Credit.

Can I get my preserves posted to me?

Yes! Franklin Road Preserves has a flat postage rate of $11.95 Australia wide.

Can I purchase products on the phone?

Yes! Simply call Richard on 0412 199 404 and complete your order over the phone.

Can I buy my preserves in person?

Yes, you will find Franklin Road Preserves at the Orange Farmers Markets on the second Saturday of every month orangefarmersmarket.org.au Alternatively, you will find Franklin Road Preserves at the Orange Visitor Information Centre

If I live in Orange LGA can I collect my online order in person rather than paying a shipping fee?

Yes, you can organise to pick up your preserves from Richard. Get in touch with Richard at richard@franklinroad.net.au to organise this. Note: When you order more than two products online, Franklin Road Preserves will deliver your preserves for free.
