Spicy Meat Balls with Brinjal Kasundi

500g pork or chicken mince
2 eggs lightly beaten
½ cup bread crumbs
200g pureed brinjal kasundi (hot, medium or mild to taste)
Combine mince with eggs, bread crumbs and kasundi, roll into balls, tumble in plain flour bake at 200° (fan forced) for 30 minutes or pan fry until golden brown.
Serve on rice and garnish with fresh coriander and a dollop of greek yogurt.
